Sherwood Forest Love

After visiting the neighborhood of Sherwood Forest in Annapolis just once, I was in love. All of the houses have a quaint, cottage feel (no matter the size) and many with breath taking views of the Severn River. The neighborhood feels like you have stepped into the set of Dirty Dancing as homeowners zip to the golf and tennis courses, country store, beach or pool on their golf carts. The houses are nestled into dramatic hilly landscape and interestingly can only be painted one of 3 colors - according to their section.

Here is one house up for sale for a mere $2.6 million that I would take if someone twisted my arm :) I would die for this great room!
